Harvard-Radcliffe Class of 1964
The delicious summer clambake has become a festive occasion for classmates, together with family and friends, to enjoy both each others' company and a traditional New England clambake.
This year the clambake will be returning to the home of classmate Harriet Todd and her husband Rob in Lincoln, MA, and will be on THURSDAY, JUNE 15, beginning at 4:30 pm, with the clambake catered at 6:00. The setting is on a private road overlooking a horse pasture, a hayfield, and the Sudbury River. Please respond with your reservation and check by Friday, June 9, for the best price (see details below). Reservations postmarked after the June 9 cutoff date should include an extra $10.00 per dinner.
The menu includes lobster or salmon, steamed clams, shrimp kabobs, corn on the cob, salad, and potatoes, and for dessert watermelon, pineapple, and cookies. Children (grandchildren) under 11 are free and will have a modified menu. It is BYO—beer, wine, or liquor. We will supply soft drinks and ice.
We hope that many of you will plan a day in Lincoln as part of this event. Attractions include DeCordova Sculpture Park & Museum for art, Walden Pond for swimming and hiking, and Drumlin Farm for nature.
